If emailing your order please make sure that you state the following:
- The reference numbers of the items you wish to order. What's this?
- Your country of residence for postage costs.
- The method of payment you wish to use (please see below for options).
- If you'd like your order gift wrapped please let us know.
Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an email from us with details on where to send payment, etc.

Prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds (£s). Any prices in US $s are given as a guide only. To find out how much items are in your currency you can use the XE.com Personal Currency Assistant.

If paying by Paypal you have 3 days from the date you placed your order to pay for your goods. If you are sending payment through the post we will allow 2 weeks for your payment to arrive. After this time your order will be cancelled.

Orders of ALL sizes are welcome. When ordering small accessories only, the "1-3 ponies" postage band applies. For larger items/orders please email us for a specific quote at orders@mylittleponyuk.com.
Whist we are usually able to get your order to you within 10 working days (15 days if overseas), please allow 28 days for delivery.
We send all inland parcels via Royal Mail (larger parcels are sometimes sent via Parcel Force). Most overseas parcels are sent via regular airmail.
Surface mail is also available for overseas shipments. It takes 6-8 weeks but is often a lot cheaper so good for larger orders. Feel free to email us for a quote.
Parcels will not be registered or insured unless you ask us to do so. If you would like a quote please email us at orders@mylittleponyuk.com

- Credit Cards and Debit Cards via Paypal. You may choose to pay with Paypal even if you do not yet have an account. Paypal is a free service for buyers. All other forms of Paypal payment also accepted.

- International Money Orders / Bank Drafts (£'s sterling only).
- Cash in most currencies. NO COINS PLEASE. Please check that we accept your currency before sending it.
Terms and Conditions:
Your goods will not be dispatched until payment has been received. Whilst we are usually able to deliver goods within 10 days (15 days if overseas), please allow 28 days for delivery from the date your payment has been received.
We are not responsible for any difficulties encountered as a result of the postal service including loss or damage. We will not send your parcel registered or insured unless you ask us to do so and pay the appropriate fees.
Don't be a deadbeat buyer. Please make sure you want your goods before you order them. Ordering items and then not paying for them deprives other genuine collectors of the opportunity to purchase them.
If paying by Paypal you have 3 days from the date you placed your order to pay for your goods. If you are sending payment through the post we will allow 2 weeks for your payment to arrive. No exceptions. In the event that 2 weeks pass without payment we will put the items you ordered back up for sale. We will also keep a record of your email address and may choose not to do business with you in the future.
Any cash sent through the mail is done so entirely at the sender's risk. We will not be held responsible if it goes missing in the post. We recommend you use an alternative method of payment.
Nearly all the items on this website are second hand toys and have been played with so expect to see some playwear. We take great care to describe each item accurately but sometimes minor flaws can be missed. Please check both the description and photograph carefully and ask all questions before ordering. We do not accept returns unless we have grossly misrepresented the item(s) or have sent an item in error. In the event of a return we regret that we will be unable to refund the cost of postage.
